以下介紹一些商業上的基本電話應對禮儀,很多大機構都有明確規定,公司內任何電話響了幾聲之內就要接聽。接聽後,最普通的講法是:
Good morning, ABC Company.
要幫對方轉駁電話,可以講:
I will put you through.
如果轉駁之後,遲遲未有人接聽,記住要同對方講:
Sorry for keep you waiting.
同時,電話旁邊最好常備紙筆,方便隨時記錄留低口訊:
He is not around.
Shall I take down a message?
如果聽不清楚對方講的說話,就可以咁講:
Sorry, I can't hear clearly. Could you please repeat?
這樣就可以避免因聽唔清楚而遺漏重要既事情。
在結束通話前,最適合的一句是:
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Is there anything else you need?
如果對方沒有他需要,你可以這樣結束通話:
Thanks for calling. Goodbye
記著,整個對話過程都要用溫和有禮的語氣。
