職場上的 Show hand【短片】

就算大家不是賭徒，相信都聽過 show hand 這組字。如果有人在辦公室跟你說I will show you my hand，又是什麼意思呢？

1. Show your hand

字面意思是「舉手」，例如開會時，老闆說：

Please show me your hand if you agree with this plan.

另一種含義，是跟別人表示你的計劃及想法，特別是這件事之前是保密的。例如：

Only after becoming our CEO， he showed his hand to invest in the new market.

另外，亦都可以解作「攤牌」。注意，hand要用單數。

2. Show your teeth

除了 Show your hand，亦有Show your teeth。露出牙齒有兩個意思，一是代表「展現魄力」。例如：

If you really want to solve this problem， you need to show your teeth.

3. Show your heels

露出腳踭，意思是「逃走、逃離」。例如：

When walking into the room， he noticed that the boss was very angry. Then he just showed his heels.

4. Show your face

露出臉龐，意思很直接，即是「公開露面」。例如：

The big boss hasn't shown his face for a long time. They started to suspect that he was seriously ill.
