鄭欣宜(Joyce)日前與好友許廷鏗於香港開電視節目《30分鐘大放餸》做嘉賓,分享菜式期間,欣宜提到自己已奉行生酮飲食法9個月,透過戒澱粉質和糖份,就算不減食量,都可以瘦1個碼。
節目中,欣宜表示自己前後已奉行生酮飲食9個月,間中自己或朋友生日時都會「放假」,讓自己放肆地吃。她表示生酮飲食期間需要研究不含澱粉質和糖份,但又能很美味的食物。
生酮飲食的菜式可以好好味,其實我很喜歡食澱粉質食物。我可以不食東西,但若要食,一定要好好味!
她更表示這9個月期間餐餐都食得好開心、好美味,而且自己沒有斷食,也沒有減食量,但都可以穿小1個尺碼的衣服。同時,體能也變得正常,身體檢查的各項指數都很好,很健康。

好友許廷鏗也指,身邊不少人叫他叮嚀欣宜要注重飲食,但事實上「佢(欣宜)注重過我」:
我認為是謬誤,很多時大家會覺得肥就等於不健康,但其實肥都可以肥得健康,只要身形Fit for你的Body shape,及Fit for你平時的生活習慣。每個人的骨架和身形都是受基因影響。我認為自己知自己身體狀況就足夠,例如生酮都並非每個人適合。
而欣宜亦即席示範一道做法簡單的生酮菜式──「意式奶油雞肉」,許廷鏗及主持都大讚好味:
