36歲葡萄牙球星C朗拿度(Cristiano Ronaldo)重投曼聯,回歸曼聯後首場英超比賽更梅開二度,外媒更指C朗攻入第二球時的跑速更高達每小時20.2英里!一向Fit爆的C朗素來注重健康,曾公開體測結果顯示,全身只有7%脂肪,肌肉佔50%,身體狀況足以媲美20歲球員。有英國媒體日前就訪問了C朗前私人大廚巴朗尼(Giorgio Barone),一探他的健康飲食修身之道。

據《每日鏡報》報道,C朗收入豐厚,足以享用像國王般的佳餚,但他的前私人大廚巴朗尼受訪時卻表示,C朗維持健美身材的秘訣其實更多是靠食「沙律」(salad),而非靠豐厚薪水(salary)。
巴朗尼表示,C朗最喜歡的食物包括魚、瘦肉、全穀物及沙律,這些食物有助調理身體、燃燒卡路里、增強修復肌肉,並減緩年齡老化。巴朗尼指出,C朗飲食以健康為主:
沒有昂貴的食材,但都是健康食物。我會用有機及天然食材,如魚、雞肉、小牛肉、雞蛋、牛油果、椰子油和黑米。你必須像照顧法拉利一般,好好照顧自己的身體。

C朗的飲食重點以高蛋白質食物為主,並會將糖、碳水化合物及脂肪份量降至最低。而巴朗尼又透露,他在烹調時常會用到椰子油,因為椰子油含豐富月桂酸,有燃燒卡路里、改善膽固醇的功效:
我會用椰子油去烹調,喝大量的水也很重要。當然,這一切都要與刻苦的訓練配合,但休息與訓練及營養一樣重要。

過往巴朗尼不時會在IG分享為C朗烹調的佳餚,亦曾公開二人的合照。但隨著C朗離開祖雲達斯,重返曼聯,巴朗尼再無法為 C朗料理菜式。然而,巴朗尼仍對C朗讚譽有加:
他是一切的王者,既是個偉大的男人,一個偉大的父親,也擁有一個美滿的家庭。
