偏頭痛是常見都市病,本港偏頭痛病發率為12.5%,推算近百萬港人受此困擾,當中25至44歲為發病高峰期,而女性患偏頭痛機率更是男性3倍。註冊營養師黃志榮(Wing Wong)分享,許多研究都證實偏頭痛跟飲食有很大關係,因此亦介紹了可有效對抗偏頭痛的食物,不妨參考一下。
