【芬蘭潮什麼】梁芷珮泳裝上陣騷腹肌 Christy入鄉隨俗感受桑拿「冰火交替」
燒脂爆汗操
多年來Christy堅持做靚媽,她曾在TOPick訪問時稱,一直有堅持每日健身,為了不想浪費之前的努力,縱使疫情下健身室關閉,仍每日落街跑步,笑言自己運動上癮。她亦不時在社交平台分享運動片,教大家如何在家中也能減掉「疫情肥」。
其中「燒脂爆汗操」有5組動作,她建議每個動作做30秒,5組動作一次過做3次,做完的感覺猶如跑步30分鐘。
第一招:先四肢撐起身體,屈膝然後再跳起。
第二招:雙腳張開成肩膊闊度並蹲下,雙腿發力跳起。
第三招:屈曲前腳90度成弓步,左右交替。
第四招:放一條繩在前面,雙腳快速來回跨過。
第五招:比第一招進階,要先將全身壓在地上。

公開飲食餐單
除了運動,控制飲食亦很重要。Christy每次拍攝前會嚴控飲食,早餐只食一隻烚蛋、中午食半份三文治、下午茶飲一杯咖啡,晚飯就食烚雞胸。
平日為keep fit的話,她建議只需將日常飲食的份量減半,例如只食半個公仔麵,兩星期已有效將胃口收窄。
她曾指減肥可以進食不同食物,重點是均衡飲食,份量吃少一半,已是一個穩定的減肥方法。
她另一飲食貼士,是三餐份量逐漸遞減,即早餐食最多、晚餐最少。她強調單靠少吃很容易反彈,做運動才是保持健美體態最有效、最重要的方式。
