現年25歲的Rosé(朴彩英)出名是「小腰精」的代表,在眾成員中身形最瘦削的一個。身高168cm的她擁有19吋螞蟻腰和筆直長腿,卻一直維持體重45至50kg(99至110磅)內。
Rosé於紐西蘭出生、澳洲墨爾本長大,可能習慣飲食清淡健康為主,故擁有這一副令人羨慕的不科學身材。她曾在訪問中大方分享保持零贅肉身形的心得,原來只靠著6招便能練成女團身材!

Rosé減肥第1式:縮小腹減肥法
Rosé自創獨門「縮小腹減肥法」,隨時提醒自己要用力收緊腹部,並且挺直腰部,長期運用腹部核心力量,就像不停在做運動一樣,有助燃燒脂肪,練成平坦小腹。
Rosé瘦身第2式:少食多餐
初時當練習生,團員飲食餐單和時間均由公司管理。Rosé曾透露近數年與隊員已沒有刻意節食,向來愛吃的她一天會吃3至4餐,而且每餐都有飽足感。
Rosé減肥第3式:原型食物
不過Rosé從不吃垃圾食物,不加工、不油炸,必定挑選原型食物。吃得健康的人就算沒有運動,也不會發生暴肥的情況。她曾於直播中分享自家製蔬菜捲,用餅皮包著紅蘿蔔、青瓜、紅椒等,簡單又美味。
Rosé減肥第4式:勤喝水
勤於喝水一向是減肥修身的最佳方法,同時比昂貴的美容產品更天然更顯著。Rosé平日不愛喝有味飲料,時常帶備水壺在身邊。
Rosé減肥第5式:跳舞
作為女團成員,跳舞佔了生活中一大半時間。尤其在宣傳新歌及舉行巡迴演唱會期間需要頻密綵排,可以持續跳足3小時,爆汗燒脂一流。
Rosé減肥第6式:空中瑜伽+普拉提
除了跳舞之外,Rosé跟Jennie和Jisoo一樣熱愛玩空中瑜伽,不過最常做卻是普拉提(Pilates),因為能鍛鍊出「女團式」腹肌,每隔兩天便會上一次課,相當勤力。
