馬來西亞女神林明禎擁有34E驕人上圍及22吋螞蟻腰,超級S字型美好身材不符常理,被網民封為「真人版娜美」,俘虜一眾男士成為心目中的女神。
林明禎近年人氣高企,不但殺入香港影壇,其有份參演的電影《飯戲攻心》大收7,000萬票房;而廣告方面更接到手軟,多個廣告及代言均見她的蹤影,一年接足30個廣告,成為吸金力強的「廣告女王」。

今日(5月15日)林明禎上載多張在沙漠拍攝的照片,原來最近她終於放假與家人出國旅遊。
相中女神一身全白造型上陣,一如既往穿著貼身小背心大騷招牌纖腰,配上斜揹袋更凸顯驕人身段,即使外面披上恤衫外套,都難掩其不科學「娜美」身段!

「真人版娜美」絕非浪得虛名,林明禎曾大方分享減肥心得,靠著5招貼地秘訣維持45kg體重,而且更是瘦身不瘦胸。
1. 原型食物
食,在生活中十分重要。林明禎從不餓壞自己肚子,一天3餐必定吃足。她平日盡可能都會吃自己煮的,或原型食物,對身體較為健康。
同時,她習慣把食材當調味料,不放鹽、醬油,比如用小蕃茄代替糖;用水果、食材去代替想要的味道。所以她甚少吃甜點、油炸食物,如要吃她推介堅果零食作代替。
2. 6時前吃晚飯
她盡量將晚飯時候放於晚上6時前,讓胃部有足夠時間消化食物。而且晚餐會進食含不同豐富營養的食物,如蔬菜、豆類和水果為主。
3. 每周運動3至4天
林明禎的超S身形主要靠做運動塑造出來,她建議剛開始運動的人,每周用3至4天做運動就可以。以一星期4天運動的話,每天一個小時的運動量便足夠,例如可以跑步15分鐘後,再做其他核心運動,之後再跑5分鐘。
4. 充足睡眠
她強調睡眠充足非常重要,是keep fit清單中穩佔第一位。充足睡眠有效調整機能和促進新陳代謝,有助燃燒體內脂肪。加上如果身體太累做運動,效果反而不好。
5. 按摩胸部避免下垂
很多女士減磅同時會減去胸部,林明禎能夠維持34E豐富上圍不跌cup。
原來每次做完運動後,在洗澡時會按摩胸部,讓胸部附近促進血液循環,保持完美胸部型態。她指,把胸部向上推來按摩,可避免胸部下垂。
