2012年參加港姐入行的陳婉衡(Alycia)出名身材出眾,而她亦一向十分大方,由主持《3日2夜》、《Go!Yama Girl》到最近的《濠玩夏水禮2024》都盡騷本錢。
其實Alycia的完美Body有明顯肌肉線條,即是除天生發育好之外,還有後天努力做運動才可以擁有玲瓏曲線。而且Alycia早在2019年已考獲健身教練牌,平日也會拍片紀錄健身過程分享keep fit心得。

簡單三招修身
夏日到來,不少人也積極修身,日前Alycia便在社交平台分享操「馬甲線」方法。片中,身穿小背心及運動緊身褲的她表示:「簡單三個動作,每日只需5分鐘,就可以練成馬甲線,我們從今天開始!」
她更指,不用去健身室在家做這3個動作也可鍛鍊出同款馬甲線。
接著詳細介紹,第一個動作分開左右兩邊做,首先左腳張開,接下來上身就轉去右邊,要留意轉的時候,是用旁邊腹部的力量,來帶動這一個動作的,一邊做15下為一組;第二個動作則需要右手抬起,之後將整個人卷起,手肘與左側膝蓋交錯,同樣重複每邊做15下為一組;而第三個動作就要將雙手擺放頭後,左腳側彎膝蓋與手肘相碰。所以想有好身材,便不可以偷懶。
