大肚8個月去送外賣
該名港媽周一(8日)在社交平台「小紅書」上發文,分享自己懷胎8個月做外送平台「步兵」的經歷。女事主指,自己已懷孕8個月,突然想「解鎖新職業」,於是忽發奇想,挺著8個月巨肚送外賣。最近天氣酷熱,她一天最多能做6張外賣訂單,「白天跑了3單、晚上再跑3單」,中午時分還能夠偷閒回家洗澡,休息一會待太陽下山後再出動,非常勤奮。女事主亦上載工作的相片和接單截圖,可見她選擇在離家不遠的油尖旺一帶送外賣,她笑言更因此而得了「工傷」。
太胖了,大腿兩側磨到破皮了,每個職業的辛苦都有不一樣,累並快樂!

網民驚中暑急阻止
帖文下有很多網民急忙留言阻止她,指近日天氣酷熱,恐防女事主會中暑,影響胎兒健康,「8個月真係唔好亂嚟啦」、「大住個肚仲玩步兵」。女事主亦有解釋自己在烈日下有喝很多水,補充水分,亦聽從網民意見「唔去啦,等生完再去」。女事主表示,自己除了想嘗試新職業,亦希望能夠藉口運動一下。

郭醫生亦提到,孕婦若過量運動,恐會導致「宮縮」,有可能會導致早產或流產。宮縮會引發孕婦肚子痛,故孕婦的運動量一定要比懷孕前低。故此她建議,原本沒有運動習慣的孕婦在孕期散散步就已經足夠,亦最好要依照自身孕前的體力作評估,無需要與其他孕婦作比較。
