不少上班一族習慣在電郵或開會時用英文縮寫，貪佢簡單易記，又表達到意思。

打工仔出黎搵食，淨係知道OMG (Oh My God) 同LOL (Laugh Out Loud) 邊夠㗎！個客問：「What’s your ETA?」唔明白兼口啞啞就弊啦！

以下10個常見英文縮寫 (abbreviation) ，一定要識！

1. ASAP = As soon as possible 盡快

例句：I need the sales report ASAP.

2. COD = Cash On Delivery 貨到付款

例句：COD is acceptable.  We can pay for the books when they arrive.

3. ETA = Estimated Time of Arrival 預計到達時間

例句：What’s your ETA?

4. FYI = For Your Information 供你參考

例句：FYI, here are the updates on the project.

5. KPI = Key Performance Indicator  關鍵績效指標

例句：What are the KPIs for the next quarter?

6. MOQ = Minimum Order Quantity 最小起訂量
