物理學家霍金（Stephen Hawking）今日度過73歲生日，全球向他送上生日祝福，其實，他亦早已送了最好的禮物給大家，除了對科學的貢獻外，亦有不少發人深省的金句。

《赫芬頓郵報》（The Huffington Post）分享霍金的 9句金句，當中蘊藏大智慧，大家能否從中得到啟發？

談宇宙是否存在：

「如果我們找到這個問題的答案，那就是人類的終極勝利，因為到時我們就會知道上帝想什麼。」

"If we find the answer to that, it would be the ultimate triumph of human reason - for then we would know the mind of God"

談自己患有運動神經元疾病：

「21歲時，我已近乎絕望。但其後所得都是額外恩賜。」

"My expectations were reduced to zero when I was 21. Everything since then has been a bonus"

談黑洞：

「愛因斯坦說：『上帝不玩擲骰子的遊戲。』但他是錯的。黑洞的研究顯示，上帝不但擲骰子，還有時會把骰子擲到我們看不到的地方，迷惑我們。」

談安樂死：

「當事人如果想結束自己生命，他有權付諸行動。但我認為這是大錯特錯的。生命或許不美好，但總有一些可做的事和獲得成功的機會，活着就有希望。」

“The victim should have the right to end his life, if he wants. But I think it would be a great mistake. However bad life may seem, there is always something you can do, and succeed at. While there's life, there is hope."
